The Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs is seeking offers from qualified suppliers to develop the Monitoring and evaluation of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Family Participation Program – Stage One.
Evaluation design
This evaluation project is divided into two stages and two separate procurements. This procurement is stage one only. All stages will require an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander project lead to oversee and guide the relevant stage. Where possible the supplier will engage appropriately skilled and qualified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workers in delivering culturally responsive engagement activities as and when needed.
Stage two procurement is planned for release in 2022-2023.
Each stage will include key deliverables/products:
- Stage One: Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
(June 2022 – September 2022)
- Stage Two: Evaluation Report (2022–2023)
The FPP evaluation framework (Attachment 1) provides additional detail about the overall approach and two stages.
