Queensland Rail intends to establish a panel of pre-qualified Consultants with the collective capacity, competencies and capacity to undertake signalling engineering services across Queensland Rail's network, on an adhoc basis.
The categories of Services required for this panel are Labour Hire and/or delivery of Services Packages, including the following:
•Audits, Principles, Standards & Specifications;
•Type Approvals;
•Concept Development;
•Project Coordination;
•Design / Design Assurance;
•Test & Commissioning; and
•Independent Safety Assessor and Auditor (ISAA) - Signalling Project ISAA and/or Signalling Product ISAA
