Facilities Management Panel Arrangement - Professional
QUT is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified and skilled suppliers to deliver service under three main Categories, being 1) Construction, 2) Professional and 3) Trades.
This document pack is specific to the PROFESSIONAL Category as set out in Part 2 Business Requirements.
The Professional panel calls for Architects, Multi-discipline Engineers, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors who will be required to work with QUT FM Capital Works and Operations Teams to provide relevant professional services to assist in refurbishing and developing QUT built assets portfolio across two core campuses with an extimated value of over $850million.
The panel will operate for an initial period of three (3) years with optional extensions totalling a furter four (4) years for a maximum term of seven (7) years.
