QUT is seeking a supplier for our 2021 Staff Survey. This provides point-in-time insight into staff sentiment and drivers of engagement across organisational areas and demographic cohorts. The survey is issued to all staff (ongoing, fixed-term, casual and sessional*) on a two-to-three-year basis, and feedback is used by University Executive to inform positive change at all levels of the University.
*note: sessional staff are sent a separate survey link containing a relevant sub-set of questions.
The preferred supplier will work with QUT to release the next survey by the end of September 2021. The University seeks to procure a survey partner offering a contemporary best practice solution in employee engagement methodology, a technology-enabled survey platform, insights and analytics, self-service result distribution, and the ability to provide consultation and briefings of senior executive leaders, where required.
