UPDATE 17/5/22:
QTender has now returned to full functionality, as a result the Invitation to Offer (ITO) documents (word and PDF) are now available directly from the QTender website. No changes have been made to the documents initially located on OwnCloud.
The OwnCloud link will expire 1/7/2022, prior to the ITO closing date.
