| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Roof Replacements- Library and Home Economics Buildings located at Kingston State College at 62-84 Bega Road, Kingston Qld 4114
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, including design responsibilities.
To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
• Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
• Public Liability insurance to $20M
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to minimum $1m
• Work Cover insurance
