Redbank Plains State High School is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing Amenities Block at Redbank Plains SHS , located at 136 Willow Rd, Redbank Plains, QLD 4301, as part of the school direct programme.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
