| The project comprises the installation of a new chiller, pumps and cooling tower in F block on the Kelvin Grove Campus of QUT.
F block was originally designed with space to install an additional chiller and cooling tower.
This project intends to install a 1,800kWr high efficiency chiller to supplement the central plant in W block.
Early on-site works are expected to begin mid-October 2022, with the major project works primarily undertaken following the University Semester 2
examination period (mid-November 2022), with an expected completion date by mid-December 2022.
A mandatory site visit will be conducted by the Project Coordinator on Wednesday 4 May 2022 at 10am at the QUT Kelvin Grove Campus. Meet at the entry to the Facilities Management office (Y1 Block, Kelvin Grove).
