| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of the ITD Block Refurbishment at Deception Bay State High School, located at Phillip Parade, Deception Bay Qld 4508 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
The refurbishment of the existing single level ITD Block contains 2 Classrooms, computer room, 4 workshops, 2 store rooms, spraybooth, staff room and associated saces as well as extending the existing builing to include a storage and prep room, and increase the staff and spraybooth and external areas including delivery bay and covered PWD parking. The position of the building is at the side of the school with reasonable site access and working space.
All works are to be completed by January 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
