QRP-22-131 People Connect Learning – Tender Overview
Queensland Rail is seeking a highly experienced professional organisation with a strong track record in delivering SuccessFactors implementations, specifically the Learning Management System module. The successful implementation partner will be required to deliver and successfully roll out the Success Factors Learning module across the organisation. To provide Queensland Rail with the necessary information to evaluate the suitability of providers, the successful supplier will be required to provide detailed responses to this Statement of Work (SoW).
The preferred supplier will need to demonstrate their suitability to meet all the outlined scope of work and business requirements described in this SoW. Queensland Rail intends to select the offer that best meets the evaluation criteria and that will provide Queensland Rail with the most appropriate commercial outcome.
The successful tenderer/supplier will be required to deliver and successfully roll out the SuccessFactors Learning model across the organisation.
Provide implementation services including:
- Provide end to end project delivery services to implement the SuccessFactors learning module.
- Develop and delivery of Change management services in line with Queensland Rail Organisational Change Management (OCM) framework and templates
- Develop, rollout and successful embed validated by measures of success for any changes to process resulting from the launch of the SuccessFactors learning model.
- Develop, test and deploy the SuccessFactors module and any required external system and data integrations.
- Enhance existing training material and migration to the learning module.
- Migrate all learning compliance data from current state SAP LSO / considering all qualifications in line with job architecture.
- Develop reporting suite and ensure reporting enhances operational capability and meets regulatory and compliance.
- Transition to Business-as-Usual including hyper-care and all relevant supporting materials
- Ensure alignment of Queensland Rails Job Architecture framework

- Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail’s tendering system, is the only tool that will be used for the receipt of tender submissions. Queensland Rail will not accept any hardcopy responses or responses via the Queensland Government QTenders website.
- Refer to the attached document “Ariba Guide for Suppliers (v1,1)” for instructions on how to navigate the Ariba Sourcing System (once you have registered your interest with the Contact Officer).

Queensland Rail will only accept responses submitted via the SAP Ariba Sourcing System.
