| To provide civil and associated works for reticulation of services for all 9 lots as part of the reconfiguring of Lot 3 and 6.
The works include civil and associated services works to enable subdivision of Lot 3 and Lot 6, located at 16 and 15 Nexus Way, Southport QLD, 4215. .
Please refer to the supplied Civil documentation and BOQ provided. Familiarise yourself with Cardno notes and ledged, on drawing 721993-CI-001.
All submissions are to use the provided BOQ structure when submitting your price. Electronic versions to be supplied back to EDQ.
The construction administration and supervision will be managed by Cardno on behalf of the client EDQ. All services, Electrical, Gas, Water, Sewer, Stormwater, etc are to be priced in accordance with Council’s current adopted standards.
