Evidence Based Research for Expansion of Adult Restorative Justice Conferencing
The Queensland Government through the Department of Justice and Attorney General is seeking Proposals for a suitable supplier to undertake Evidence Based Research for Expansion of Adult Restorative Justice Conferencing.
The successful supplier will be required to deliver research, analysis and recommendations that considers accessibility and suitability in relation to:
sexual assault victim-survivors
domestic and family violence victim-survivors
victim-survivors from culturally diverse backgrounds with specific cultural barriers, including a particular focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
victim-survivors in remote and regional areas
women as perpetrators
women as victim-survivor
The supplier should note the following:
The Supplier will need to work in collaboration with DRB and other government business units when seeking information from specific groups to avoid duplication of information requests.
It is not anticipated that travel will be required.
The provision of an Implementation Plan for an expansion of the service or feasibility testing is out of scope for this research project.
