| Mackay Regional Council requires the services of a competent and qualified provider to perform as a minimum one (1) of the following or preferably provide a ‘Whole of Site’ management proposal for:
• Provision and management of qualified and experienced Lifeguards.
• Provision and management of qualified and experienced Facility Operations and Grounds Maintenance Services including all aspects of maintenance of pool plant and equipment, ground care, and general building maintenance.
• Provision and management of qualified and experienced Food Operations to manage the Kiosk/Café.
Mackay Regional Council is providing two different options for this tender.
Part 2 documents are for the full Management Rights under the attached Venue ManagementAgreement.
Part 3 documents are for the individual operations services under the attached Services Agreement.
