| The Academic Workload Modelling Project will establish a university-wide Academic (Teaching) Workload Model including a suitable technology to administer annual modelling. Modelling in this instance refers to taking source information to calculate the effort hours involved in delivering a unit, allocating academics and sessional staff to the task of delivering and coordinating the unit, managing the work allocation in a period to ensure equitable workload, and tying the allocated workload back to the ratio of teaching:research:leadership domain hours described in the enterprise agreement.
The scope and objectives of this procurement activity are to select and implement a suitable long-term technology to implement the selected model and prototype starting in the 2024 planning cycle for the 2025 teaching year.
