Tenderers are notified that TMR prequalification levels for this project are R4 (Road), B1 (Bridge), F50 (Financial), A4 (Asphalt) and above. Deliverables	The method of delivery will be a Transport Infrastructure Contract ? Construct Only (TIC?CO). The works include the addition of two extra traffic lanes, provision of new on and off road bicycle infrastructure and shared footpath along the 1.5km corridor, relocation and modifications to Public Utility Plant (PUP), new pavements (EME2) and subgrade, upgrades to road drainage and culverts, intersection modifications, road lighting, ITS and upgraded bus stop infrastructure.
Milestones	The intent is to have the main construction contract awarded by August 2022, with construction starting on site in late 2022. The construction phase of the project is estimated to take 20-22 months to reach practical completion.<br />Minor works including vegetation clearing and public utility plant (PUP) relocations commenced in December 2021 and will continue until mid-2022. <br />
