The Customer is seeking Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Traineeships delivered under a Group Training Organisation arrangement including the following:
Recruitment/sourcing of traineeship candidates
Employment of trainees over a 12 month period with the Customer to act as the host
The delivery of a Certificate III in Business qualification through the traineeship (beneficial if there is also some flexibility to consider other qualifications as required)
Educational support to teach and guide trainees through the qualification component
Additional emotional/peripheral support which may include but not limited to mentoring, general support, assistance in discussions with the Customer (and/or nominated supervisors) related to identified issues and/or turnover risks.
In addition to these requirements the customer is seeking a contractual arrangement that facilitates easy engagement and timely placement of trainees.
