Request for Fee (RFF) AQ 020/2024 - CI005 Central Energy Plant (CEP) Electrical Infrastructure, MCC-7 Low Voltage Mains Switchboard Replacement Project
The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts acting through Arts Queensland (the Client) sought Offers from Project Specific PQC Eligible Tenderers (minimum PQC Level 3) for the provision of Design Consultancy Services for the Central Energy Plant (CEP) Electrical Infrastructure, MCC-7 Main Switchboard Replacement Project, in accordance with Standing Offer Arrangement AQ 038/2017 Architectural Services Part B.
The Client appointed a Principal Design Team (PDT) to provide design services for the CEP MCC-7 Low Voltage Mains Switchboard Replacement Project (the Project). Specifically, an Architectural firm to establish and lead a Principal Design Team (PDT) to provide the following design services:
Directly, as Architect and Principal Design Consultant for the Project, and
Indirectly, by the engagement of all necessary secondary and specialist design consultants required to complete the scope of work (refer to Schedule A – Terms of Reference for list of sub-consultancies).
