Seqwater is the Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority responsible for providing a safe, secure and cost-effective bulk drinking water supply for 3.1 million people across South East Queensland. Seqwater is seeking a provider that is capable of delivering the entire end-to-end IVMS solution, including but not limited to the hardware supply, software and support services, telemetry, network access, installation and decommissioning services. The scope of deliverables to provide end-to-end IVMS services and associated hardware includes the following:

• supply, maintenance, operation, and management of IVMS hardware and components;
• supply of global positioning system (GPS) and/or satellite and its associated subscriptions;
• subscriber identity module (SIM) card at a minimum of 4G compatible or greater and its associated access subscriptions;
• fleet utilisation and optimisation services;
• vehicle monitoring;
• driver behaviour monitoring;
• reporting suite that are aligned to Seqwater requirements including any required customised outputs;
• innovation and value add improvement and/or opportunities of IVMS offerings;
• customer service (i.e., dedicated account manager / single point of contact), support and access to online portal and/or dashboards; and
• installation and decommissioning (including disposal) of IVMS hardware and its associated components

The following are out of scope for this RFT:

• fleet management services, including in life vehicle maintenance, fuel supply, fleet administration (registration and insurances); and
• vehicle finance.
