| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Library Refurbishment at Helensvale SS, located at 8 Lindfield Road, Helensvale QLD 4212, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program.
The works comprise of maintenance and refurbishment of the existing school library to replace joinery, floor and ceiling finishes. All works are to be completed by July 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M
