The Department of Environment and Science, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P) invites suitably qualified Contractors to submit an offer for DES1231852 - Cape Pallarenda Quarantine Station Redevelopment Project, Stage 1 - Cape Pallarenda Building 11 Refurbishment Office Accommodation.
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:
Appropriate QBCC Builders Licence to undertake the scope of works
Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2
Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to consider or accept a Tender unless the Tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Governments' PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher) at the time of close of tender.
