The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for CON-GEN-0401 Digital Asset Managment.

The Customer requires the services from a suitable supplier for the provision of Digital Asset Management System to store and organise digital assets (photography, video, logos) for customer employees to easily access and use in presentations, documents and to share externally.

The Suppliers software will be capable of the following:

  • Asset Chaos: The system must provide a centralized location for storing all types of creative assets, including images, videos, audio files, illustrations, icons, fonts, PDFs, website URLs, and Microsoft Office docs.
  • Manual Tagging: The system should automate the tagging of assets through AI, making it quick and efficient to organize and categorize digital content.
  • Access to Brand Assets: Brand teams should have easy access to logos, fonts, templates, and other assets, enabling them to find and utilise them effortlessly.
  • Asset Tracking: The system must allow for the tracking of asset talent and usage rights, reducing the risk of legal issues associated with unauthorised usage.
  • Asset Transformation: Users should be able to crop, transform, and download images and videos in various formats, including those suitable for digital display ads and social media.
  • Version Management: The system should provide a mechanism to manage different versions of assets, allowing users to compare and select the appropriate version for their needs.
  • Sharing and Distribution: Assets should be easily shareable both internally and externally, with options to share via email, social media, or public portals. This should include the ability to share assets at predefined social media sizes or custom sizes and resolutions.
  • Rights Management: The system should ensure users always know when, where, and how specific assets can be used, reducing the risk of copyright infringement.
  • CDN Links: The ability to update all instances of an asset across various platforms by simply updating it in the DAM system.
