The Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services (DCSSDS) is seeking Proposals to engage a suitably qualified Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander led supplier to design and deliver several key components under the Reframing the Relationship Roadmap, including:
Facilitating a departmental cultural safety conference on 26 and 27 March 2024
Creating an evaluation report with findings from the conference to inform the delivery of:
A culturally responsive leadership framework and policy to equip departmental leaders with the relevant skills and knowledge to support culturally safe workplaces.
A cultural safety framework to build culturally safe workplaces, and
A cultural supervision framework to be applied across the department.
