The Enterprise Intranet Redesign project will be conducted in a number of stages, the first of which is expected to address the following requirements for Strategy development and Design:
Undertaking an intranet needs analysis across the key intranet user groups;
Provide an evaluation of issues, problems and opportunities;
Undertaking a proven design process to match requirements to proposed design;
Provide an intranet roadmap or equivalent strategic outline;
Provide mentoring / training to TMR staff to support knowledge transfer across the intranet rebuild / redesign process;
Providing specialist advice on implementing the SharePoint 2013 content management system;
Undertaking detailed analysis of existing intranet through a proven requirements gathering approach;
Production of design artefacts such as information architecture, wireframes, design pages layouts;
Mentoring / training TMR intranet team to ensure knowledge transfer occurs across the intranet rebuild / redesign process;
Providing technical design advice on changing the intranet and/or content;
Providing specialist advice on intranet governance approaches and what would best suit the TMR operating environment.
