The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals on behalf of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries are seeking measures to address an ongoing water quality issue within the Aquatic Weeds Research Facility. This Department requires detailedsubmissions for the supply and installation of a reverse osmosis (RO) plant, storage tank and circulation loop at Ecosciences Precinct, 41 Boggo Road, Dutton Park, Qld 4102.

Depending on requirements thes services specifically include:

  • Commissioned RO Plant that can produce 5000L of type III water per day and supply to final destination at tap water equivalent pressures
  • Replacement of the existing 22KL steel rainwater tank with 10,000L polyethylene tank
  • Electrical works
  • Mechanical and plumbing works
  • Feedline to each of the four platforms in the ‘Pots and Ponds Aquatic Weed Research Facility’
  • RO dispensing taps and stands on each platform
  • Training on equipment maintenance
  • Major servicing for first 12 months
  • RO system alarm able, preferable connectivity to Johnson Controls BMS
