Mackay Regional Council (Council) is the owner of Seaforth Community Hall (Hall) and Trustee for the land upon which it is located at 3-9 Prince Charles Avenue, Seaforth being Reserve for Local Government, Lot 551 on SP 140507.
The area available is an internal 25m2 portion of the Hall identified on the map available in the tender documents.
The area will be made available for use via lease arrangements for a three year term.
