CQUniversity is seeking suitably qualified consultants / designers to design an upgrade to the air conditioning system in building 4 Gladstone Marina campus, by replacing the existing DX units with chilled water systems.

More specifically, please review the "Procurement Invitation Form" in "Schedule 4 – Scope of Requirements and Specifications" pages 8 of 10.
Mandatory Site Visit will be conducted as per the following:
Date/Time: Thursday, 3 June 2021, 11 am
Venue: Building 4, CQUniversity Gladstone Marina Campus
Closure of bookings: Wednesday, 2 June 2021, 4 pm
Bookings to attend the mandatory site visit are to be made through dfmcentral@cqu.edu.au.
Offerors are required to advise of how they will attend the site visit due to current COVID-19 restrictions.
