Clarification Questions: Additional clarification questions have been added to the QTenders website - see "clarification questions.xlsx" Please read these questions.
Agreements: Two files 2020 532 Section 4 QITC Comprehensive Contract MSA and Engagement Contract 1 have been revised to include Module Order 2 Software. Tenderers are to use the Module Order that is applicable to their tendered solution. EQL does not have a preference for either Module Order. The MSA was also cleaned up to remove previous contract numbers, references to Module Orders that aren't applicable, addresses etc that have carried over in error from the templates.

Please note, the closing date has been revised to 10am Monday 2 November 2020. The tender documents have been revised to reflect this change.
