Tender Overview

Ports North (PN) is responsible for the development and management of port facilities vital to the development of Cairns and regional centres in Far North Queensland.  The Corporation has extensive property, marina, tourism and cargo facilities in Cairns and its regional ports.

Wharf 7-8 is an operational cargo wharf located off Dutton Street, Cairns. Wharf 7-8 is protected by an impressed current cathodic protection system which was first installed in 1994.

The intent of this Contract is to replace all the existing lead/silver/antimony anodes with mixed metal oxide anodes. The Contractor will be responsbile for the supply and installation of anodes as outlined in the Tender document.

PN requests Tender Submissions from suitably qualified and available Contractors with appropriate experience for the provision of these works.
