Tenders are invited for the provision of management services at the Mooloolaba and Maroochydore Holiday Parks for a term of five years, commencing 1 July 2024 and expiring on 30 June 2029 with a 1 x 2 year option to extend. It is Council’s preference to award the management of both parks to one management team but reserves the right to award the management to separate management teams. The Management Agreements will require the successful Respondent to manage the day to day operations of the holiday parks. These duties include, but are not limited to: • operating the reception and office, which includes managing bookings, enquiries, check-in and check- out, issuing receipts and banking processes; |
