Tender Overview

Request for Proposal (RFP) for Provision of ICT Testing Services - 510233

Brisbane City Council (Council) is seeking proposals in relation to the Provision of ICT Testing Services under ICT Services Standing Offer Arrangement ICTSS.13.03 that meets the business requirements outlined in Council’s draft Contract, including the Specification.

Council’s annual ICT Program of Work delivers a range of ICT solutions to the organisation.  Most of these solutions are subjected to a formal testing regime to assure conformance to functional, technical and legislative standards and requirements.

Council performs some of the required testing with internal capability, but has a need to augment this capability from time to time with additional Testing Services.  It is expected that the successful offeror will provide services to Council for ICT Testing Services as required from time to time via agreed Work Packages.

The Testing Services that are the subject of this RFP will be required to be delivered over a period of approximately three (3) years on a annually renewable contract and cover a range of testing for different ICT projects on Council’s approved Program of Work.

The type and number of tests required for individual projects will be determined by Council and defined as individual Work Packages for each applicable project.  These individual testing Work Packages will be expected to be delivered in accordance with a defined methodology and governance as set out in the specification documentation.
