Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for eLearning and Learning and/or Talent Management System Solution. 

The Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI) in collaboration with the Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) and the Department of Education and Training (DET) are conducting a joint Invitation to Offer (ITO) for eLearning and Learning and/or Talent Management System Solution to address the needs identified in lifting and managing employee capability across the departments.

The Suppliers have the option to respond to either eLearning Solution or Learning and/or Talent Management System Solution, or both solutions.

Investment in eLearning and Learning and/or Talent Management System Solution is sought for approximately 21,000 employees (DSITI 3000, DHPW 3000 and DET 15,000) to ensure:

  • Centralised and automated administrative handling of courses, course registration, skills gap analysis, tracking, and reporting systemisation for efficiency and reduced costs;
  • Maximised autonomy and flexibility with self-service, self-guided options of modern learning tools to support personal learning styles accessible over multi-channels and multi-platforms;
  • Increased capability for reporting on trends and deep source analytics; and
  • Effective and streamlined performance review management.
