Tender Overview

The University of Queensland (UQ) is seeking to appoint a Relocation Services Broker for an initial term of three (3) years to coordinate and manage corporate inbound removal and relocation services for its domestic and international employees moving to UQ to take up their role. 

The Supplier will provide a range of inbound services including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Manage and coordinate both domestic and international relocation of household items and personal effects; vehicles or a motor cycle, boat and trailer unit, caravan and domestic trailers; and domestic pets, through UQ’s choice of removal and relocation providers.
  • Manage and coordinate the provision of Destination Services, through UQ’s choice of service providers.
  • Provide full indemnity insurance for furniture, household items and personal effects whilst in transit and/or storage.
  • Process Management / Workflow, File Management and Account Management.
  • Online portal to track status of individual matters.
  • Reporting.

It is anticipated that the final arrangement will be limited to a single Supplier who provides a flexible and responsive service which meets the needs of UQ, staff and respective family members.

Suppliers are advised that visa and immigration services are not in scope of this Invitation. 

All requests for further information/clarification must be submitted via the 'question' function for this ITO, no later than 11.00am (AEST) Friday 15 November 2019.

Responses must be submitted electronically via QTenders, no later than 2.00pm (AEST) Friday 22 November 2019.
