Tender Overview

Mooloolaba Foreshore Project is a multi-stage upgrade project to be constructed over a minimum 5 year period.
Stage 1 is for the design and construction of the Headland Boardwalk which will link Alexandra Headland to the northern end of the Mooloolaba Foreshore.
Design drawings and documentation have been completed up to Final Design standard.
The design portion of this Design and Construct contract will require the successful Respondent to progress from final design to 'For Construction' documentation including all necessary approvals and RPEQ certification. Sunshine Coast Council will be responsible for acquiring any necessary Statutory (planning) Approvals.
