Section 1

Tender Overview

This ITO invites offers of vendor products and professional services for the Digital transformation of DJAG services. Further information is provided in ITO Pack C regarding the department’s architectural vision; juror and civil case management solution requirements; and our expectations for a customer-centric, agile delivery approach. This is a significant opportunity to be involved in the modernisation of technology supporting the justice system in Queensland.
DJAG is seeking an experienced and strategic Agile delivery partner who can ensure the Project delivers the outcomes and requirements and to support DJAG. We invite offers from suppliers with capacity and proven capability to deliver the requirements of this ITO:

  • As-a-Service software platform to advance DJAG digital transformation including ongoing licensing, hosting and support for an initial contract period of 5 years
  • Design, deliver and commission new Juror Management and Civil Case Management MVP solutions
  • Project services based on a rate card for software integration and development
  • Training

We anticipate opportunities for enhancements to and additional solutions beyond the initial MVP solutions, therefore suppliers must demonstrate the offered solution is capable of extending to Enabling Capabilities and Non-Functional Requirements described in this ITO.
