Tender Overview

CQUniversity is seeking Proposals from suitably qualified, registered and experienced Contractors and their appointed/affiliated Design Team, for the design, construction, refurbishment and fitout of the nominated areas of the existing Campus. 

Works will be undertaken in buildings 36, 37 and 77 of the Rockhampton North campus. 

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

  • Design, and;
  • Fitout.
