Tender Overview

The University of Queensland (UQ) is one of Australia's leading teaching and research universities. For more than a century, UQ has educated and worked with outstanding people to deliver knowledge leadership for a better world.

UQ is committed to the recruitment, selection, support and retention of high quality staff who will strengthen its capability to achieve strategic and organisational goals. 

Accordingly, UQ is seeking competitive proposals from Offerors to establish a Panel of Suppliers to provide best practice recruitment support and services for the supply of permanent/continuing and fixed-term staff to support its business requirements. 

The scope of this ITO includes the permanent/continuing and fixed-term recruitment for:

  • Academic positions (Level A – E)
  • Research positions (Level A – E)

The scope of this ITO excludes the recruitment for:

  • Temporary roles
  • IT roles (temporary, fixed-term or permanent)
  • Continuing (Permanent) or Fixed-Term Professional Positions HEW Level 1 to 9
  • Executive Academic / Academic Manager Positions
  • Executive Professional / Professional Manager Positions
