Tender Overview

Powerlink is seeking to evaluate the capabilities of the market to deliver high voltage transmission line hardware via a single stage Registration of Interest (ROI) process prior to a formal procurement process being conducted. Our objective is to find what suppliers are able to meet the complete requirements as nominated.

Powerlink is not obliged to enter into a formal procurement process.  Furthermore, Powerlink does not warrant that any Invitation to Tender, if issued, will necessarily reflect the functional scope of Powerlink’s requirements as set out in this ROI document. 

All costs incurred by the respondent in relation to the ROI process must be borne by the respondent.  No claim for reimbursement for time, material, and/or expenses are to be made by the respondent against Powerlink regardless of the results of the ROI process.
