CQUniversity is seeking Expressions of Interest for Queensland based Creative Agencies to shortlist for an invitation only paid-pitch process for a 2+2 year appointment commencing May 2020. It includes $200,000 - $400,000 per annum spend on a range of creative services that contribute to the Universities global marketing campaigns and other creative and production needs.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
· Creative, brand, marketing and digital strategy
· Create development and direction, concept art, digital content and copywriting, production/project management
· Studio and electronic production for a wide range of offline and online media and materials
It does not include media planning or buying services.

Pease see attached document "Service Agreement v1.1-01Jan2020.docx" for download. This is the proposed Agreement to govern the engagement. Any departures from these terms should be proposed in the document (track changes) and submitted with the tender response.
