Department of Education - Priority Air Conditioning (PAC) Program - Electrical Engineer Condition Assessments (Various Schools)

The Department of Education (DoE) have announced an air conditioning program for schools outside of the Cooler Schools zone.  Spaces that will be air conditioned under this program include classrooms, libraries and staff rooms.

The new air conditioning systems will place an increased load on the school’s existing electrical infrastructure and the supply authority network.  The purpose of this commission is to notify Ergon/Energex of the increased air conditioning load for the nominated school(s) and to identify electrical upgrade works that are required at the school(s) to support the new air conditioning.

Please note - All electrical engineers nominated in the project team are to provide RPEQ registration number.
