Tender Overview

You are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide Principal Contractor (PC) services for Site Enabling Works associated with two developments fronting Mt Stuart Street, on the James Cook University (JCU) Townsville Campus.

These developments include the Technology Innovation Complex (TIC), (which incorporates the Ideas Market (IM)) and the Townsville Student Accommodation (TSA).

JCU will procure the Principal Contractor (PC) through a two-stage EOI and Tender process. Shortlisted proponents will be formally notified in writing and will be invited to participate in stage two.

The detail of the Enabling Works project scope are detailed in Section 3 of the EOI.
