Tender Overview |

Overview of Cross River Rail Cross River Rail – Brisbane’s new underground – is a critical infrastructure project which will transform the whole of South-East Queensland’s (SEQ) public transport system. The new 10.2 kilometre rail line will run from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills including 5.9 kilometre of twin tunnels under the Brisbane River and CBD. Cross River Rail will unlock the bottleneck at the core of our public transport network, allowing more trains to run more often and integrating with new roads and bus services to enable a turn-up-and-go transport system for the whole region. It will deliver four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Roma Street and Albert Street, and each of these high-capacity stations will generate unique opportunities for urban renewal, economic development, and the revitalisation of inner-city precincts. The Cross River Rail (Project) will ease congestion pressure on our key arterial roads as more people choose rail instead with capacity for more frequent services and improved connectivity to other public transport. This transformational project will improve our quality of life, help our economy keep growing, generate thousands of jobs, and activate urban development across the whole of South East Queensland. Information about the Opportunity The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority (the Delivery Authority) is seeking responses from suitably experienced and qualified Suppliers to provide Precinct Development Management Services. Precinct Delivery is a development and delivery arm of the Delivery Authority.
