Section 1

Tender Overview

  • Design and develop appropriate documentation to construct a structure at the Gladstone MOB that comprises separate male, female and PWD toilet cubicles, a PWD compliant unisex shower area with a changing area and room for staff lockers.
  • Ensure that the additional structure can be accessed from the existing building by an undercover access path.
  • Design and document the reconfiguration of the existing office space to achieve a larger office as well as a combined meeting/break out/lunch room, repurposing the existing amenities services where practicable.
  • Manage the process of building, plumbing and other approvals required by legislation and stakeholder regulation.
  • Provide technical assistance to TMR during the builder tender process.
  • Act as Superintendent of Works during the construction program.
