Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for - Preparatory work for the Robina Hospital Therapeutic Gardens project which encompasses outdoor courtyard areas associated with Buildings E, F and G which accommodate Mental Health units. The project includes:
o Construction of a retaining wall.
o Rectification of existing drainage issues.
o Elimination of trip hazards.
o Construction of an Exit Staircase.
o Security Fences and Gates.
o Modification to existing western staircase.
o Basketball Courts, Store Room and sundry floor slabs, footings and footpaths.
o Masonry walls and footings adjacent Basketball Courts.
o Earthworks as necessary to achieve new finished design levels.
o Stormwater Drainage.
o Provision of drainage adjacent existing building walls where weep-holes are below surface level.
o Landscaping works
