The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a relocation and refurbishment of a residence at Hillview State School, located at 1623 Christmas Creek Rd, Hillview, Queensland 4285 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP) program.
The scope of the project generally includes the relocation of a residential residence within the school site, internal refurbishment works to create a new administration space for the school, and external site works including stairs and DDA compliant ramping. All works are to be completed by end June 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works. It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Open) builders’ licence will be required for the works
. • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.
