The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the Multi-Purpose Hall Extension project at Bli Bli State School located at School Road, Bli Bli QLD 4560 (North Coast Region).
The Multi-Purpose Hall Extension includes the construction of the new stage area, store rooms, meeting rooms and flexible spaces. The position of the building is across the road from the school's administration block with shared site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 31 July 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender documetnation will be sent by email to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and leters to tenderers.
Submissions close on Thursday, 23 April, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
