Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking proposals for the following roadworks contract.

Contractors with TMR prequalification R3 F15 A3 and above are invited to tender for the construction of the Stage 1 Early Works for the Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Line (Steve Irwin Way realignment, Landsborough Carpark and Nambour Carpark).

Tenderers are advised the Building Code 2016 and Queensland Code and Guidelines apply to this tender.

Tenderers are advised the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme apply to this tender.

Registered eligible tenderers will only be given access to the Tender Documents via the QBuild eTender website: https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/

Prequalified tenderers are to email ncd_delivery_support@tmr.qld.gov.au  to be registered for access to the tender documents.
