Tender Overview

QUT is looking to establish an agreement with an existing registered Partner with Cylance INC a subsidiary of BlackBerry, that can deliver a comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for delivering licences for 10,000 endpoints (10,000-20,000 endpoints) and Implementation (10,000 endpoints)

 

  • Cylance PROTECT (EPP) & Cylance OPTICS (EDR) including 24x7 technical product support.
  • Cylance Threat Zero (Foundational) – unlimited, outcome-based Implementation, migration and full certification training services
  • Professional Services for Implementation

 

QUT have selected Cylance INC though a comprehensive RFO process and is now conducting a subsequent Request for Quote process to select an existing registered Partner of Cylance INC.

 

QUT is seeking proposals from resellers that can deliver a comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for delivering EDR with the following capabilities that will include:

 

  • Easy to Deploy and Quick Analysis that integrates with every OS across thousands of endpoints in hours, covering all device types and rapidly begin analysing indicators
  • Easy to Manage by an in-house information security team with independent administration across all endpoints
  • Detection, Remediation & Prevention option to protect the organisation from immediate attacks
  • Behavioural (Heuristic) Analysis providing full visibility into endpoint activity, protecting the organisation against unknown threats
  • Near-Zero False Positives with machine learning and behavioural analysis on endpoints, network traffic, files and users, enabling quick identification of true threats
  • Easy to implement Automated Remediation actions and rules based on threats that have been previously detected
  • Forensic Capabilities with investigative tools to highlight threat evidence on an endpoint and associate this with processes, users and network traffic for full visibility
  • Integration of Threat Intelligence Feeds with ability to correlate behavioural and interaction indicators from every available intelligence feed, ensuring accurate and timely alerts
  • Backing of a 24/7 SOC with On-call cyber threat analysts assisting the in-house information security team with expert guidance

Part of a Broader Security Platform with ability to monitor networks, users, and files, besides endpoints, further strengthening protection by ensuring complete visibility into the enterprise
