Section 1

Tender Overview

This is a Forward Procurement Notice only.

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) intends to release an Invitation to Offer (ITO) for the provision of Automatic Fire Alarm Monitoring (AFAM) services.

This is an opportunity to provide an end-to-end monitoring and management service, including online customer-facing functionality.  It will also involve the delivery of a technology roadmap, centred around the replacement of Alarm Signalling Equipment across the State.

QFES envisages the ITO will be released to the market in the first quarter of the 2020/21 financial year via the Queensland Government QTenders website.

Procurement Services Group reserves the right to amend this activity as necessary to accommodate business requirements.  This Forward Procurement Schedule in no way commits QFES to issue the associated ITO.

If your organisation is interested in providing an offer for this future tender opportunity, please register your interest by emailing Lee Calvert, Procurement Specialist, Queensland Fire and Emergency Services email: lee.calvert@qfes.qld.gov.au.
