Tender Overview

Griffith University is seeking Expressions of Interest for a software solution that will showcase and store creative works produced by Griffith to increase the impact of our University's creative arts research.

This EOI shall be Stage 1 of a 2 stage tendering process - whereby successful suppliers identified during the EOI process shall then receive the opportunity to provide a final bid and submission in a competitive Request for Proposal. Suppliers must express an interest during this Stage 1 to be considered for Stage 2. 

Suppliers of software that fits this specific niche are asked to consider the following scope: 

  • You must implement a software solution that meets all business requirements.
  • Provide data integration with Griffith's existing, noted data management systems.
  • Process integration with other research information management systems. 

The full scope is contained within document "4683 Section A and B", with Section C forming the Response Form. You must follow all instructions detailed to be considered to have provided a compliant submission.
