  1. Eumarella Road, Weyba Downs - Division 9
  2. St James Court, Little Mountain - Division 3

This is a lump sum construct only Contract, with Council awarding both locations to one Contractor.

The Contractor will be the Principal Contractor responsible for managing all operational activities and ensuring the site is maintained in a safe and trafficable state at all times, whilst minimising traffic congestion and potential delays. Council does not have a preference with the staging of the locations.

To ensure delivery of the program of work, the Principal Contractor shall provide and maintain detailed methodology for management of the projects, taking into account public and school holidays.

The scope of work includes the provision of all materials, plant, and labour associated with the Construction of the pavements in accordance with the issued design and associated specification.

The Practical Completion date for both sites is 30 October 2020.

The scope of work does not include the installation of permanent Traffic Signs and Pavement Markings (including all final line marking). These items will be undertaken by Council following completion of the final asphalt surfacing works.

Council will not be conducting an information session. Respondents are encouraged to visit each site to familiarise themselves with job requirements prior to tender submission.
